Aliza Koyfman
Hi, I'm Aliza Koyfman, and I live in Beachwood, Ohio, with my best friend and high school sweetheart, my husband. We are blessed with seven wonderful children. For years, I served as the CEO of our lively household while also pursuing my passion for decor by helping friends with their home styling needs. I’ve had the privilege of decorating office spaces and therapy rooms for a local non-profit organization close to my heart. With the encouragement and support of my family, I decided to turn my love for design into a professional venture. After completing a course in home staging, Simply Decor was born, and I’m excited to help others transform their spaces.

What is Home Staging?
Home staging is the process of preparing a property for sale by creating an inviting and aesthetically pleasing atmosphere that appeals to a broad range of potential buyers. The goal is to foster an emotional connection, allowing buyers to envision themselves living and growing in the space.

Why Stage?
First impressions matter, especially when buyers have multiple homes to choose from. Properly staged homes “set the stage,” helping buyers imagine their future in the space. This emotional connection is key to encouraging offers.
Homes that are staged often sell faster and for higher prices. According to the National Association of Realtors, 83% of buyer’s agents say staging helps clients visualize a property as their future home. Staged homes also spend, on average, 73% less time on the market than non-staged homes.
